Meet Rosa
Rosa Hernandez, Leon Staffing’s founder, began working for large national staffing agencies, taking every opportunity to learn and grow in the industry. After 25 years of experience, Rosa took a leap of faith and started her own staffing agency, bringing her American dream to life. Helping job seekers reach their dreams of success, her passion for helping others shines through in every connection she makes. The team at Leon Staffing believes that everyone deserves the chance to succeed and is proud to help others achieve their own American dream.
